- Choose Signal for security
- Choose Session if you want anonymity also
- Choose Element/Matrix if you don’t mind a bit of nerdiness
- If you do have to send an email consider using encryption
- Encrypt text using Paranoia text Encryption for ease
- Encrypt text and files using GPG (Slightly more to learn how to use)
- Encrypt files using Encrypto
