In this episode I am joined by Paul Scott as a co host of the show. Instead of me interviewing Paul, which I have done already. We have me and Paul chatting about some Mac things, such as What you can do with a Mac Mini Server. Paul has recently set one up and I spend the time during the chat being a devils advocate. I ask questions about why anyone would want to set a server version of Snow Leopard when some of the functionality is already there in the ordinary version of Snow Leopard.

It has to be said thought that the Mac Mini with the server software installed on it and with an extra hard drive instead of having an optical drive is very, very good value for money. You really do get a lot of bang for your buck. Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server. This is big for small business: A special version of Mac mini comes with Snow Leopard Server preinstalled. It’s easy to set up and easy to run.

Small but powerful.

Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server features a 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4GB of memory with support for up to 8GB. It also has two 500GB 7200-rpm hard drives built in,1 so you can host wikis and websites, back up the data you need, and store just about anything.
